Over the years the joinery has become a well established and much loved local eatery, with tasty homemade soups, light lunches, speciality hot and cold drinks and a wonderful array of homebaking always on the menu. Everything is made daily here on the premises.
Under new ownership since February, but with our friendly welcoming team transferring from the previous owners, bringing their baking talent, and long standing favourite Joinery recipes, we are entering an exciting new chapter for 2026.
The Joinery now hosts a range of local makers and artists in our curated gift shop, with all food and drinks freshly prepared to order in our open kitchen.

We do welcome walk-ins, however reservations are advisable, particularly at lunchtimes and weekends.

Well behaved dogs are welcome in our coffee shop, with the exception of the back room where the children’s toys are.

We have a current Sit In Menu (which includes our Kids’ Menu), most of which is available to take away.
We can also offer a dedicated “Made Without Gluten” menu on request.
